Anagi Jewels Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

2. Shipping Options
Domestic Shipping: We offer several shipping options within the United States, including standard, express, and expedited shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the option selected:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days.

International Shipping: We do not currently ship internationally, however, please note that delivery times and costs vary by destination. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Costs
Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on package weight, destination, and shipping option selected.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $100.

4. Order Tracking
Tracking Number: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Issues
Delays: While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.

6. Shipping Address Changes
Address Update: If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.

7. Return and Refund Policies
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be in their original and unused condition.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
