Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at anagijewels@gmail.com. Send us an email with 3 photos showing the product and the reason you are returning it. We will respond within 1-2 business days and process the return or exchange for the same value.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent to us without a return request will not be accepted. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS

In order to make a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and fix it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items),sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a particular item.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card issuer to process and send the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund, please contact us at anagijewels@gmail.com.
